Ingredients

  • 2eggs boiled
  • 1large potato cut into cubes
  • 1 cuponion ginger and garlic paste
  • 1tomato paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil slit the eggs and fry adding salt turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  3. 3

    Remove and keep aside and add oil

  4. 4

    Temper cumin seed bay leaf and add masalas

  5. 5

    Saute till oil separates and add tomato

  6. 6

    Now add the eggs and Potatoes saute well

  7. 7

    Add water and simmer till everything get combined
