Ingredients

  • 2balls wheat dough
  • 1 bowlwashed spinach
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1chopped onion
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a balls make roti, stuffed with spinach and onion, bind it and roll it again.

  2. 2

    Add paratha on tawa spread oil and shallow fry from both sides.

  3. 3

    Make crispy paratha both sides.Serve with curd.
