Ingredients

  • 250 gmRice
  • 1 bowl Hyacinth seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pudina leaves
  • 1/2 cupCoriander(grind it into paste)
  • 1inch-Ginger paste
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspJeera powder
  • 1/4 tspPepper powder
  • 5Green chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker
    Pour oil, then add the following one after the other.

  2. 2

    Few cloves,
    cinnamon,peepers,ginger paste,garlic paste,pudina paste, jeera,pepper powder,green chillie paste,hyacinth seeds,salt,washed rice,water (1:2)
    Allow 3 whistles...It's ready
