  • 1/2 CupBesan Flour
  • 1/2 cupGrated Coconut
  • 1/2 cupcashew powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 tspcardamom Powder

Steps

    Take a Vessel add besan flour for dry roast in low flame

  2. 2

    After colour change of besan add grated coconut,cashew powder,sugar,milk,ghee on after the other

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture continously it should have any lumps continue the process until colour changes and mixture became thick

  4. 4

    At last add cardamom powder and stir well then transfer the mixture into tray.The tray should be spread with ghee

  5. 5

    After 10 minutes cut into square pieces then it's ready to taste
