A soup without cream...Without corn flour and without refined flour.

Wash cauliflower and cut in small pieces. Finely chop ginger, garlic and onion. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cloves and chopped garlic in it. Saute for 1 minute and then add ginger slices and onion slices. Now add cauliflower pieces in it.

Add water and cover the pan with lid to slightly blanch cauliflower.

After 10 minutes switching the flame and let it cool a bit. Now grind the mixture in a mixer grinder and again put it in the same pan. Add black pepper and salt and mix well.

Cook it for 1 minute and garnish with grated cheese.

Healthy cauliflower soup is ready to serve.
