In a wide bowl add in your flour,salt and sugar and combine them

Add in water gradually to form a thick paste then keep adding flour gradually so as to form a non sticky dough

At this stage, add in your oil and knead well till the dough is smooth and elastic as well as non sticky

Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes

Once done, divide the dough into equal ball and roll them out one after the other.

In a hot frying pan, let each chapati cook without oil first then once browned add oil to the bottom surface to achieve the golden brown color

Dont leave one side unturned for long as it will make the chapati crispy

Serve with thr stew of your choice.
