Preheat oven to 180 degree C

Add curd, baking soda and brown sugar and set aside for five mins

Sift all other dry ingredients seperately

Add oil and vanilla essence to curd mixture

Lastly fold in dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Grease three 7 " pan and divide batter equally and bake in preheated oven for 30-40 mins

I have frosted the cake with whipped cream, drip with white chocolate ganache and fondant accents.
