Firstly, in a large seive take 2 cups of coriander leaves wash it and chop it.

In a large mixing bowl add chopped coriander leaves, gram flour, salt,oil,carom seeds, turmeric pwder, hing, cumin-coriander pwder, Red chilli pwder, combine well making sure that all spices are mixed well.

Further add water if required, knead a dough. Make a soft dough

Shape the dough to cylindrical for proper shape grease hands and roll it. Steam rolls for 15-20 minutes.

Cool this rolls completely and cut in to thick slices. You can deep fried this slices.. I can shallow fry it. Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame, hing. Then add coriander slices and stir sprinkle garam masala, lemon juice, powdered sugar in it. Stir occasionally till it turns crispy and golden brown in colour.
