  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1big bowl grated carrot
  • to tasteSugar
  • Dry fruits as per need
  • as neededGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker heat ghee add grated carrot cook it for 5 Min.

  2. 2

    Now add washed rice, sugar, dry fruits and required water mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid tightly and cook for 2 whistle.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
