Ingredients

  • 3fingers of plantain
  • 6eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Knorr
  • Onions
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your plantain to bits, salt and fry

  2. 2

    Break your eggs in a bowl, put your pepper, salt, curry, knorr and onions. Mix very well

  3. 3

    Rub butter in your baking pan then pour the egg mix into the pan, pour in the plantain, then leave in the oven, 250 degrees for 30mins.

  4. 4
