Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour (maida)
  2. 1/6 cupoil
  3. 1 tbspnsalt
  4. 1 tbspndried methi
  5. 1 tspAjwain
  6. As neededWater & oil for kneading & frying purpose

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a tight dough with maida, oil,water & other seasoning.

    Roll thick & cut into your desired shapes mathri (kaju or circle) with a bottle lid.

    Fry these in med hot oil until golden brown.
