Perfect for a light snack, especially with a good cup of coffee.
Steps

Cut the corn tortillas into triangles. It's best if the tortillas are from the day before.

Heat enough oil in a skillet. Once hot, fry the tortilla triangles in batches until crispy. Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Heat the refried beans until they are slightly saucy.

Place the crispy tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate. Add some refried beans and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.

Top with pico de gallo salsa. Add a little hot sauce if you like, and enjoy!
