Ingredients

  3. as neededshredded Monterey Jack cheese
  4. as neededpico de gallo salsa
  5. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the corn tortillas into triangles. It's best if the tortillas are from the day before.

    Heat enough oil in a skillet. Once hot, fry the tortilla triangles in batches until crispy. Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

    Heat the refried beans until they are slightly saucy.
