Yam and scrambled egg sauce

Cut and wash half tuber of yam and boil until tender. Sieve our ward and set aside

Add oil in a frying pan and Fry onion, tomatoes and pepper for awhile add salt, seasoning cubes and crayfish

Break eggs in a bowl and beat until fluffy then pour inside tomatoes and allow to cake
- 4
Stir and Pour yam inside and stir very well, check for salt and cover to simmer for 2 mins and serve
