2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
4green chillies
3 tbsp mustard oil

Steps

Make a smooth paste of poppy seed s, mustard seeds, curd and 2 green chillies.

In a steel tiffin box first add the smooth paste then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, salt and mustard oil. Mix well.

Now carefully put the boil eggs in the paste and add 2 green chilli. Cover the tiffin box with the lid.

Take a kadhai and put the tiffin box into it. Add 4-5 cup of water. After boiling for 15-20mins steamed egg is ready.
