Mashed potatoes and add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and coriendor leaves. Mix it well.

Take a dow of flour and roll it little thick. Place some potato mixture on it and cover it. Roll it with light hands with the help of roller. Make a proper chappati.

Take a tawa and heat it. Heat the Parantha and little bit fry with the help of ghee.

Serve Parantha with curd or pickle.
