1 bowlblack masoor daal
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
to tastesalt
to tastered chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
2 tbspcoriander
1 tspcumin
2 tbspghee

Steps

Boil daal along with salt and turmeric
2

Now heat a pan add ghee
3

Add cumin and saute onon,tomato along with spices.
4

Cook till oil leaves from edges.
5

Add boiled daal and enough water if needed,and mix it and serve with rice and roti.
