Cranberry-Basil Pork Chops

Ingredients

  1. 2boneless pork chops
  2. 4basil leaves; minced
  3. 2 Tcranberry-honey mustard
  4. 3/4 tonion powder
  5. 3/4 tgarlic powder
  6. as neededwalnut oil
  7. as neededkosher salt & black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Toss chops with enough oil to coat.

  2. 2

    Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Bake at 400º for approximately 15 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Spread cranberry-honey mustard atop chops during last 2 minutes of cooking process.

    Garnish with basil.
