Steam idli in mini idaly mold. Keep it a side to cool fully.

Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame in it when it crackle add Asafoetida, curry leaves and saute it. Add green chilli paste, salt, turmeric pwder and idaly and mix it properly.

Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
