Peel boiled potatoes,mash them

Make paste of boiled beetroot

In mashed potatoes mix all masala,peas, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, beetroot paste, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and mix well,and make lemon size ball

For besan batter,mix all ingredients in besan for making batter

Dip all the balls in besan batter
- 6
Heat oil,fry all kofta one by one till golden brown
- 7
Serve with chutney and sauce
