Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender

Take a bowl add Sooji,oats powder, buttermilk,water,Salt,ginger and mix it.

Put this batter on hot tawa and add carrot,green chilli,onion, tomato, coriander,as topping and Kittel oil on it.

Cook on slow flame for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer this plate and cut Cutlet shape and serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
