Firstly,take bowl,add suji and curd,if batter is thick add water and make smooth batter

Add all spices and coriander leaves and mix well

Then take greased tawa,and spread one table spoon batter on it.put some oil drops,and add chopped veggies.

Then one tbsp more batter spread on veggies to cover it.and fry both sides

Now it is ready to serve with green or red sauce
