  1. Egusi
  2. Bitterleaves
  3. Salt
  4. Crayfish
  5. Pepper
  6. Palmoil
  7. Seasoning
  8. Stockfish
  9. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Season and boil stockfish

  2. 2

    Bleach palmoil fry grinded egusi for 3minutes,pour in the stockfish and 1/2 cup of water and boil.

    Grinded crayfish,seasoning,and pepper put it and stir allow to boil add salt

  4. 4

    Next is bitterleaf(make sure is well rinsed)stir and boil for 3minutes
