Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1Potato
  • 1 handfulpeas
  • 1 tspginger crushed
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the flour into soft dough

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and fry the Potatoes

  3. 3

    Add ginger,cumin and red chilli Powder and mix well till Potatoes are soft

  4. 4

    Add paneer cubes and green peas,mix well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and salt and remove it

  6. 6

    Prepare parathas and fry

  7. 7

    Serve it with paneer stir fry
