Ingredients

1 cuproasted daliya
1 cupcubed veggies
1tomato cubed
1/2 tspginger paste
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspcumin seed
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat oil and temper cumin seed
2

Add ginger paste and saute well
3

Add veggies saute well till it is soft
4

Add salt, turmeric powder and green chillies chopped
5

Mix well adding daliya/buckwheat,pour water and cover the lid cook till it get soft.

Add sugar and mix well and serve
