Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle gourd
  • 1 cupsmall prawns
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1.5 tspcumin coriander powder
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and prawns,saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add cumin-coriander powder and saute well

  4. 4

    Now add gourd slices and saute well

  5. 5

    Cover till it is tender and moisture fried up

  6. 6

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and it is ready.
