Cut however many potatoes you like in half long ways and place on baking sheet.

Cut lines in potatoes in criss cross fashion, not going all the way through.

Spread each potato half with butter and sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Cook in oven at 400° for about 45 minutes or until brown around the edges.
- 5
Sprinkle with paprika and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Take out and Enjoy!
