Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 table spoonlemon juice
  4. 1 table spoonchanadaal
  5. 1 table spoonurad daal
  6. 4curry leaves
  7. 1 tea spoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 tea spoonJeera
  9. 1onion
  10. 1tomato
  11. 3green chillies
  12. 1 table spoonginger paste
  13. 1/2 table spoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 table spoonsalt
  15. 2 table spoons Oil
  16. 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  17. 1/2 table spoonsugar
  18. 1red chilli

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a pan, heat on the gas flame and put one table spoon of oil, then insert rawa and cook it upto five minutes, then keep out from the pan.

  2. 2

    Then again put one table spoon of oil, now insert mustard seeds, jeera seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and both daal /pulses.

  3. 3

    Mix well and cook up to three to four minutes, then insert chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and ginger paste.

  4. 4

    Then after five minutes of cooking add rawa,sugar, lemon juice, salt and water then stirring it carefully.

  5. 5

    When lumps arises and become thick switch off the gas flame and serve with kaju, lemon piece and tomato sauce.
