  1. 1 small cup soaked split green gram
  2. 1 cupchopped onion
  3. 1 table spoonginger garlic paste
  4. 2green chillis
  5. 1/2 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  6. 1 table spoonchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 table spoonsalt
  8. 1 table spoonOil
  9. 1 table spoonlemon juice

  1. 1

    First of all soaked this moong daal is put into mixture jar, and insert chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and put few amount of water.

    Now it very carefully and make moong daal batter.

  3. 3

    Now take a non stick tawa put oil on the upper surface, then spread this moong daal batter.

  4. 4

    Cook it both side and serve with onion salad and sauce.
