First of all soaked this moong daal is put into mixture jar, and insert chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and put few amount of water.

Now take a non stick tawa put oil on the upper surface, then spread this moong daal batter.

Cook it both side and serve with onion salad and sauce.
