Slice and fry plantain in vegetable oil.

Wash the ofada rice in hot water twice and boil untill is done.

Slice the vegetable and keep aside.rinse the smoked fish.slice the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.

Heat up vegetable oil fry the tomato and pepper,season with salt,curry,onion and put the smoked fish

Finally cut,rinse and pour in the vegetable stir
