Ingredients

4 persons
  • 2 bowlSoaked sabudana
  • 2boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cupcoarse grinded roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana for 4-5 hours.

  2. 2

    Add all above ingredients and some after mix well.

  3. 3

    Grease appe pan add drop of oil in each slot and add the mixture and cover lid and cook for 5-10 mins.

  4. 4

    Flip sides and cook for another 5 -10 mins and serve hot with chutney
