  • Green bananas
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions

  1. 1

    Peel the green banana and wash them

  2. 2

    Chopp onions and tomatoes, fry the onions then add tomatoes allow the mixture to cook for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add matoke to the mixture and allow it to cook for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve it with meat and enjoy the meal
