Wash and Soak Urad dal, rice, Methi seeds, Chana dal upto 5 hours. Wash and Soak poha 5 minutes before grinding. Grind smooth batter with adding water. Ferment atleast 6 hours. Add salt and sugar mix well.

Heat the tawa grease with oil pour ladle full of batter spread thinly add oil cook in medium flame spread red chilli garlic Chutney and fill Aloo Masala fold transfer to serving plate. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney and Sambar. Enjoy Mysore Masala Dose.
