  • 3grated carrot
  • 1/2 cuproasted semiya
  • 1/4 cupkhoya
  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 1 tspgreen cardamom
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add ghee,add carrot cook nicely.Than add milk,semiya&cook on medium flem.

    Add khoya mix it well.Than add chopped dryfruits cook 5mints.

    Add greencadamom&sugar cook another 2mints.Now gagerSemiyaHalwa is ready to eat.
