Sprouts Moong Dhokla

Completely low calorie healthy breakfast.
Steps

Combine the sprouted moong,spinach,and green chillies, and blend in a mixer using littel water to smooth paste.

Transfer the paste into a bowl,add salt,besan,1/4- cup water,and mix well.

Just before steaming,add fruit Salt and 1- tbsp water over the batter.

Mix well.pour the batter into a greased thali.

Steam in a steamer for 10-12 minutes.the dhokla are cooked

Heat the oil in a small pan and add the Sesame seeds,hing, curry leaves,and green chilli,and saute for few seconds.

Pour the tempering over the dhokla.cool slightly cut the dhokla.

Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
