First of take bowl,add boiled and mashed potato.

Then add sattu flour in it.and then add green chilli,ginger in it.

Add salt and black pepper in it.and add water to make dough.

Then make small size balls.

Another side,flame on,take kdahi or pan.add oil to fry vada

When oil will be hot,then flame medium slow on.

Then balls fry in hot oil.after crisp,put out aside.make all vada,same way.

After that,vada dip in 5 min in curd.then add tamarind sauce on it.add salt and black pepper as taste.and

Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
