Ingredients

2 litrefull fat milk
1 cupwashed rice
1 cupSugar to taste (approx)
1 pinchsaffron
1/4 tspCardamom powder
1/2 tspchopped Pistachios
1/2 tspchopped almonds
1 tspRaisins

Steps

Boil milk for 5 minutes and add rice in it

After 10-15 minutes when rice is cooked add all other ingredients in it

Kheer is ready serve it hot or chill and serve it cold
