Ingredients

  • 10medium size awara (raw)
  • 3eggs
  • 2scotch bonnet
  • 2large red bell pepper
  • 1medium size onion
  • 3garlic cloves
  • Seasoning
  • Spring onion
  • 2 tbspnoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the awara🤣🤣🤣 (murmusa) and set aside

    Grate tattase tarugu, garlic, onion

    Put 2tbspn of oil in a nonstick pan, add the awara and fry har sai ruwan ya kare🤗🤒

  4. 4

    Add kayan miya seasoning stir again, break ur eggs and continue stiring, lastly add ur lawashi leave it for 3mins and ur sauce is down.. Do not let it dry completely 😋😋

    I served mine with white rice
