Take potato,Gobi,matar, in the cooker add 1/2cup water and close the lid and cook 3 4 whistles,open the lid and mash them

Heat 2 tablespoon oil and 2 tabspoon butter together in a pan,add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste,saute until onion turns translucent

Add chopped capsicum, chopped tomato and salt,saute until tomatoes and capcicum turn soft,then add red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala,red food colour,kasoori methi,stir and cook for a minute

Add boiled and mashed vegetable and 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well add little bit of water and mix well and Cook for 5 minutes then turn off the flame add chopped coriander leaves and mix well, bhaji is ready for serving

Cut the pav buns into halves,heat tava over medium flame,add a teaspoon of butter,pinch of pav bhaji masala,pinch of kasoori methi and pav buns over it, shallow fry both sides until light brown spots appear,

Then transfer to the plate and serve with bhaji, chopped onion,lemon slice
