Peel,Wash and boil the potatoes until soft.

Drain excess water and start mashing. Add the butter and onions as you mash. Ensure you mix well so that the onions are evenly spread

On another pan,Add some oil and put the fish fillet. Let it cook as you turn. Add spices. Let it cook for 10max to retain its juice
