Ingredients

  • Pre boiled gizzards
  • 1large onion
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1green pepper
  • Salt and spices(black pepper, curry powder,royco)

    Cook onions and garlic for 2 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and green pepper and let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Add spices and salt.Stir well.
