I had some ladyfinger biscuits and wanted to try a recipe different from tiramisu. I knew that when you dip the biscuits, they become like a Swiss roll cake, so I decided to try this idea in a new way. Line a cake pan with aluminum foil.

Warm the milk, then quickly dip each ladyfinger and gently arrange them in the pan, as they are delicate.

Spread jam over the ladyfingers, then add another layer of dipped ladyfingers. Repeat until all the biscuits are used. Cover the top with foil and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until set.

Carefully invert the pan onto a serving plate.

Prepare the whipped cream for decorating. You can add chocolate if you like. Using a piping bag with your preferred tip (I used a star tip), decorate as desired or as shown in the picture.

Sprinkle with chocolate or nuts and serve chilled.
