Ingredients

1.5litres

6 cupswater
1/2 cupsugar
1/4 tspvimto flavour(maimun)
20 gmstamarind

Steps

Soak the tamarind in the water for an hr

Afterwards place the mixture in a pan and place it on heat, medium, add in the sugar and mix till fully dissolved.

Add the vimto flavour and let mixture come to a boil.

Remove from heat, let it cool to room temperature then place in the fridge. Enjoy once chilled.
