Steps

Wash and boil daal and collect all ingredients in a place

Now heat oil,saute ginger,garlic and chilli paste,along with tomato puree and all spices and mix it
- 3
Mix it and cover it by a till all things cook properly on low flame
- 4
When oil start to appear on top then open the lid and mix daal
- 5
Mix cream and kasoori methi and cook for a minute on low flame,stirring continuously till a mashy texture and serve.
