Clean baigan and 3 or 4 to slit in side to baigan then roast. On the gas flem side by side totally roast it's skin burnt then clean to baigan and mash now take a pan on the gas add oil jeera black peper and hing add onion pees astir it add garlik lahsun paste green mirchi paste now half quantity of green onion stir well then add baigan haldi salt stir it cover lid for 5 mini on slow flame then add green patts of onion fresh Coriander transfer to bowl garnish with fresh Coriander
