Garlic herb baby potatoes!!
Chunky and crispy, and real burst of garlic flavour. These baby potatoes are roasted and get crispy edge and tender center. These are delicious side dish that goes well with most other dishes.
The garlic and dill leaves adds the flavor to this dish that makes these potatoes irrestible!
I also always leave the skins on because I seriously love their flavor and of course all those nutrients, but if you prefer, you can peel the potatoes first.

In a large pot, boil the water with salt and add halved baby potatoes. Cook until potatoes are almost fork-tender but still retain a bit of firmness. Drain and keep aside.

Heat a large nonstick pan, add olive oil.
Add garlic and cook for a minute. - 3
Add potatoes and all other herbs and let them roast for at least 8-10 minutes on medium heat until edges are golden brown.

Toss the potatoes completely and sear on all the sides.

Add dill leaves and toss well.

Serve garlic herb potatoes hot!!.
