Veg Zingy Parcel (without oven)

For Stuffing: Crush the ginger, garlic, Green chilli, take it out in bowl. Add Mayo in bowl.

Add chilliflakes, mixed herbs, chopped capsicum, chopped cheese. Mix it well.

For Dough: Take a bowl add dry yeast, sugar and warm milk. Mix it and close the lid. Keep a side for 10 min.

After 10 min. Take a mixing bowl add flour, salt, mixture of yeast, 1 tsp of oil. Mix it well.

Now add little little warm water. Make sticky dough. Cover it and keep a side for 30 min.

After 30 min. Add 1 tsp oil and punch the Dough and again cover it keep a side for 20 min. Now punch it again and part it into 4 equal parts. Keep a side for 10 more min.

Now take Deep thick bottom pan. Spread salt at the bottom. Put a rack or wire in the salt. And keep it for preheat on medium flame.

Now take one part of dough. Roll it up. Put 1 big spoon of stuffing. And close the zingy as shown in pic.

Take a baking tray. Place aluminium foil on it. Now brush the zingy with milk and sprinkle chilliflakes and mixed herbs on it and place it in the tray.

Now place the tray in the pan. Close the lid and bake it for 30 min on low- medium flame.

Take it out and place it on rack to cool down. And then serve spicy zingy with ketchup
