Ingredients: 4 Mini pizza bases; 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese; 6 olives cut up; 1/2 Tsp Origanum seasoning; 6 rosa tomatoes cut in halves; 2 cucumber rounds; 3 rosa tomatoes as per skewer; 1 handful Italian inspired nachos; As needed Tomato relish enough to spread on each mini pizza base

Ingredients

4Mini pizza bases
1/4 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
6olives cut up
1/2 TspOriganum seasoning
6rosa tomatoes cut in halves
2cucumber rounds
3rosa tomatoes as per skewer
1 handfulItalian inspired nachos
As neededTomato relish enough to spread on each mini pizza base

Steps

Cut out mini rounds or squares from your pizza bases using a cookie cutter. Smear about a half teaspoon of some tomato relish on each pizza base, add the cut up olives, sliced rosa tomatoes, grated mozzarella cheese and top with origanum seasoning!

Pop into the oven and bake till cheese melts! Serve with Italian inspired nachos and a cherry and tomato cucumber skewer!
