  • 50o gmSpinach
  • 2green mirch
  • 2 Onion
  • 2Tomato
  • 2 tspGinger garlic crushed
  • To tsteAll regular spices

    Chopped both sag, take pressure cooker boil with salt and green chilli and 2 cup water.

  2. 2

    Now heat ghee in a pan saute ginger garlic, onion and tomato add all spicesnto taste add boil sag mix well.

    Sarso aag is ready.
