1/2 cupvinegar
1/2 cupwater
1 tablespoonsugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
– Freshly ground black pepper
For 6 people to large cucumbers peeled and very thinly sliced

Blend all the ingredients together in a large bowl, add the cucumber (you can also eat use lettuce), and lets the salad stand for at least one hour before serving

Serve in individual glasses salad bowls, or leave on table for people to help themselves
