Cashew Badam Kulfi

Boil milk till it reduces to half the quantity.

Make paste of cashew and almond. Add it to the milk.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and boil. Milk will become thick at this point switch off the flame and cool it to room temperature.

Pour into mould and freeze for 12-15 hours. Remove from the mould and serve.
